Notice for Regular Subscription Cleans
If you wish to cancel your regular window cleaning subscription, we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice before your next scheduled visit. Notice must be provided via email or WhatsApp.

Same-Day Cancellations
If you cancel on the day of service — or if our technician arrives and is unable to access the property due to being turned away or blocked access — a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This covers travel time and labour already allocated.

One-Off Cleans
For once-off bookings, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Postponements & Rescheduling
Due to high demand and fixed route planning, postponing your clean may mean waiting until the next available round.
Repeated postponements may result in your service being cancelled or additional charges being added to your account.

Weather Conditions
Light or moderate rain does not affect pure water cleaning, therefore weather is not accepted as a valid reason for postponing a scheduled clean.
In the event of severe weather — such as Yellow, Orange, or Red warnings — we may need to reschedule your service. If so, we will notify you directly.
